jaua9 Terms and Conditions – Please Read Before You Play

01 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the jaua9 platform, accessible at jaua9.vu and through the jaua9 mobile application. By registering an account, logging in, or using any part of the platform including sports betting, casino games, slots, live casino, or any promotional feature, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

jaua9 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the platform or by email. Continued use of jaua9 after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms are written in English for Pakistan players (en-PK). In the event of any ambiguity, the plain-language interpretation that best reflects fair dealing between jaua9 and the player will apply. jaua9 is intended for entertainment purposes only and should be treated as such.

02 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use jaua9, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be registering as an individual on your own behalf, not on behalf of another person.
• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date registration information including your full name, date of birth, and a valid contact method.
• You must not already hold an active jaua9 account. Each player is permitted one account only.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or close family member of a jaua9 employee.

jaua9 may request identity verification documents at any time to confirm eligibility. This may include a copy of a government-issued ID card, passport, or other documents. Failure to provide verification documents when requested may result in account suspension until the matter is resolved.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your account credentials remain confidential. You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact jaua9 support immediately at [email protected].

03 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All transactions on jaua9 are processed in PKR. The platform supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit cards, credit cards and supported mobile wallets. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits are generally credited to your jaua9 balance within seconds for JazzCash and Easypaisa, and within a few minutes for other methods. If a deposit does not appear in your balance within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. Standard withdrawal processing times are:

• JazzCash / Easypaisa: under 5 minutes for most approved requests
• Raast: typically within 30 minutes
• Bank Transfer: same business day for requests submitted before 3pm PKT

jaua9 may conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for larger amounts or accounts that have not previously completed identity verification. Players are encouraged to complete account verification proactively to avoid delays.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used for a deposit on the same account, or to a verified bank account registered in the player's name. jaua9 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

04 Sports Betting Rules

jaua9 offers sports betting markets across Cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals and all major Pakistan home and away series), Football, Esports and a range of other international sports. Betting rules specific to each sport are displayed within the relevant section of the platform and should be read before placing bets.

The following general betting rules apply across all sports markets on jaua9:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or modified after placement unless jaua9 specifically offers a cash-out or bet edit feature for that market.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and may vary. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• In-play betting markets close or suspend automatically at key moments in a match (wickets, goals, stoppages). If your bet is accepted, it stands at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation.
• jaua9 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets affected by errors, including incorrect odds caused by technical issues or data feed failures.
• If an event is abandoned or cancelled before the relevant result is determined, bets will be settled according to the rules specific to that sport as displayed on the platform.
• Winnings from settled bets will be credited to your jaua9 balance promptly after official result confirmation.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

jaua9 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and sports betting promotions. Each promotion has its own specific terms which are displayed on the promotion page and must be read before opting in.

The following general bonus terms apply to all jaua9 promotions unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and the eligible games or markets are specified per promotion.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and may only be converted to withdrawable cash upon meeting the wagering requirement.
• Only one welcome bonus can be claimed per player, per household and per device. Creating additional accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses is a breach of these Terms.
• jaua9 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time, including after a promotion has started, if there is evidence of misuse or system abuse.
• Bonuses have an expiry period specified in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly.

06 Casino, Slots & Live Casino

The jaua9 casino section includes over 1,200 slot titles, video slots, jackpot games and a full live casino lobby with real dealers offering baccarat, roulette, blackjack and game show titles. Casino games are provided by third-party game studios and their respective Return to Player (RTP) percentages and game rules are available within each game.

Casino and slot games are games of chance. Outcomes are determined by certified random number generation. Past results have no influence on future outcomes. jaua9 does not guarantee any particular result or return from casino play.

• Game availability may vary and titles may be added or removed from the library at any time.
• Technical malfunctions in a game session void all bets and pays for that round. In such cases, jaua9 will credit any confirmed wager back to your balance.
• Live casino games are subject to table limits set by the game provider. These limits are displayed before you join a table.
• Some casino games may be excluded from bonus wagering contributions or contribute at a reduced rate. This is specified in the relevant promotion terms.

07 VIP Programme

The jaua9 VIP programme rewards consistent players with tiered benefits including faster withdrawal processing, higher deposit and withdrawal limits, dedicated account managers and exclusive bonus offers. VIP points accumulate automatically based on real-money wagering activity across sports betting, casino and slots.

• VIP tier eligibility is determined by cumulative wagering activity over rolling qualifying periods as specified in the VIP section of the platform.
• VIP status is reviewed periodically. Players who do not meet the minimum activity threshold for their current tier during a review period may be moved to a lower tier.
• VIP benefits, tier thresholds and reward structures are subject to change. Players will be notified of material changes via the platform or email.
• VIP rewards are personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred to another account.

08 Responsible Gaming

jaua9 is committed to providing a platform where adults can enjoy betting and gaming as a form of entertainment, within their means and in a controlled manner. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their activity:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on your account at any time through account settings.
• Session reminders: Enable time-based reminders that notify you of how long you have been playing in a single session.
• Self-exclusion: Request a temporary or indefinite suspension of your account if you feel you need a break from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are actioned promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality check: Opt into periodic on-screen summaries of your session activity, including time spent and net wagering position.

jaua9 reserves the right to apply account restrictions, require verification, or enforce cooling-off periods if player behaviour indicates potential problem gambling patterns, regardless of whether the player has requested such measures.

09 Privacy & Data

jaua9 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and should be read alongside them. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Personal data collected includes registration information, device and browser data, transaction history and betting activity.
• Data is used to operate the platform, process payments, verify identity, prevent fraud, improve services and communicate with players.
• jaua9 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Players may request access to their personal data or request deletion of their account data by contacting support, subject to legal and regulatory retention requirements.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

jaua9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• The player is found to have provided false or misleading registration information.
• The player has violated any part of these Terms, including the creation of multiple accounts, bonus abuse, or use of automated betting software.
• jaua9 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering or collusion.
• The player has engaged in abusive, threatening or inappropriate conduct towards jaua9 staff or other users.
• The player's account activity poses a financial or reputational risk to jaua9.

Where an account is closed due to a rule violation, any balance derived from prohibited activity may be forfeited. Balances not connected to a violation will be returned to the player via their verified payment method following a review period.

Players may close their own account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned after standard verification checks are completed.

11 Limitation of Liability

jaua9 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to keep the platform running reliably and securely, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access at all times.

• jaua9 is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, data feed failures or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• jaua9 is not responsible for any loss of earnings, opportunity or indirect losses claimed by a player in connection with their use of the platform.
• In all cases, jaua9's maximum liability to any individual player for any single incident is limited to the amount of the player's real-money balance at the time of the incident.

12 Changes to These Terms

jaua9 may update these Terms at any time. When significant changes are made, we will notify registered players through in-platform notifications or email at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where urgent changes are required for legal, security or fraud prevention reasons.

The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page. Archived versions of previous Terms are available on request by contacting support. Your continued use of jaua9 after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
